This is my go to store. So many fly clothes and overcoats at affordable and bargain prices. And the clothing is high quality, stylish, and well made. There are two glaring shortcomings that is preventing ASOS from being a 5 star shopping experience. 1) Too much additional searching is required to find different colors of the same shirt. I should be able to click a turtleneck, and then click another box to see all the additional colors offered in that particular turtleneck. However, on ASOS, it does not work like that. One has to manually type in the item, and search for additional colors offered. This takes too much time to do and needs to be corrected. 2) They don’t restock sold out items. There are clothes that I have been waiting for 3 months or more to restock! This makes no sense from a business sense. If an item sells out that means it’s popular, so the next step should be to replenish the item to make more money. Only when a item doesn’t sell does it make sense to not restock that item. Aside, from those 2 glaring shortcomings, ASOS is the truth. They’re far superior to Fashionova, and I will continue to buy my clothes and overcoats from here. The fit assistant is a great feature as well. I was going to purchase my clothes in large, but after entering in my details, it recommended a medium. And sure enough the shirts and overcoat I purchased fit me perfectly! The ability to upload photos of clothing, and have the system find comparable items is a great feature too. Keep doing what you do ASOS, just eliminate those 2 shortcomings I listed, and you guys will be 5 star company!

I’ve been shopping at ASOS since probably 2010. Because the store has so many items in different categories, it really made good business sense with their policy on free shipping and free returns. Especially when there are no stores in the US that you could go and try stuff on. This policy for me was one of the reasons I continued to shop there. While I may have had a lot of returns I’ve also spent thousands of dollars on clothing and accessories that I kept. The most common reason for my returns would be the description was not at all relevant to the item or the quality was below par when I received it. And while I had a lot of returns, I’ve also had to deal with the incompetence of some of the employees who did not process my returns correctly, and that caused a lot of problems, some of which are still unresolved, resulting in a financial loss for me, not ASOS. I read their recent new policy on how they will process their returns and I think this is going to be something that will keep me from shopping at ASOS in future months and even years. I’ve successfully managed several businesses over the years and I find that when companies decide to change their policies and those policies are reversing or going backwards. It’s never good for their revenue and the customer service declines rapidly. Which in this case is already suffering, as their communication methods are one of the worst when having a problem and the only way to discuss it with an ASOS employee is to use their email system or the chat. Which in both cases are mediocre at best.

I love shopping on this app! To begin, I love their products and brand in general. They have a large range of sizing, including a petite section that has a wide variety of products and styles. I find this cool as it is hard to picture myself wearing some things when I know the model wearing it is nearly a foot taller than me. Also it is rare to find a store that has a petite section with common styles and variety. But the app in specific is super user friendly! Online shopping can be hard due to different brands sizing but their size guide is more helpful and advanced than any other website/store I’ve ever seen. You can choose your size in certain brands and it helps you figure out your right size for their products! And it works because I’ve ordered from both petites and general sizing and loved everything. Also their shipping is amazing!!! So fast and easily trackable! I had express shipping on my last order for only $7. I never use express shipping because normally its ridiculous! The only thing I would suggest to improve the store and make the experience even better is to create some kind of rewards program! Urban outfitters has a decent one and since I’m a frequent buyer from ASOS it would serve me well! :)

Been shopping with ASOS for at least 7 years. I have at least 1/3 of my wardrobe from this site. I find that the shopping is easy and convenient since I don’t like store shopping sometimes with traveling to the location, waiting in line. ASOS have great variety, beautiful patterns and selections in sizes and materials. Reasonable prices and frequent sales which I love the most. I like the detailed description of the items. I used to shop on ASOS more frequently. I don’t as much as I used to because some of the clothes are too revealing. I know you’re trying to appeal to your younger generation, but please start including a little bit more modest pieces and the variety has dropped dramatically. I don’t see as much variety and options as ASOS used to have; more than ever many of the clothes are made from polyester. What happened to cotton, linen, wool and even silk? However I would suggest more videos of the models wearing the clothes in motion because people move in their clothes all the time and stagnant shots can be deceiving. Also, more motion or angle shots of models wearing the sunglasses or eyewear from various angles on the face, same for the shoes (more angle or videos to see how the feet move in the shoes). Additionally, please have models wear underwear (at least a bra) when modeling the clothes some of them look floppy and much is moving around under the clothes, not a neat look. Also most of the models are in their 20s it seems. Please add some older models. I am an aged woman and would like to see someone wearing some of the items that represent me. Lastly, please include more clothes that don’t expose all of the upper and lower back and deep cut décolleté, a neckline cut to the navel is not cute or ladylike especially in a day dress or work dress, not appropriate.
