As a first time Blue Beacon customer I must say that I was very impressed with the level of service and attentiveness of these young men and women. Not to mention how perfect my truck was cleaned. Whoever trained them should be extremely proud and should commend this group for what was an amazing experience. Since the crew were obviously taught to be quick and efficient in their tasks I will say that I didn’t get many names but I did catch Jade which besides doing her job to perfection, was also very sweet and helpful in educating me about the area and pointing me in the direction of a great restaurant. All this was done in probably less than 20 minutes. WOW! What a well oiled machine.

If every business in the great USA would provide as good a service that blue beacon does this would certainly be an awesome country to live in. at every location there team members are friendly, extremely polite, and are very thorough with their work I know with every visit I will be treated respectfully, and have good service for the money spent. Sure is nice to roll down the highway looking good with the truck all cleaned up I’m proud to pull into the location of my next customer. So thanks for what you do blue beacon team

We have a HDT (Volvo 780) with a smart car on the bed and towing a Tiny House on wheels. We had driven from northern UT down to Las Vegas and the winter weather did a number on our rig. Looked up the local location and headed that way. There was a pretty long line, but it was well worth it. They had a team working on the truck and did a very thorough job. A suggestion for the app would be to provide an estimated waiting time for each location.

We were full time Rv ers and the Blue Beacon is an excellent choice for keeping our rig looking great while we are on the road. We have never had a bad experience with them and we will always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great place to have your rig cleaned up and ready for the road.
