Absolutely Imperative for All Fans!

This app is wonderful. The scores are near-perfectly timed, there is a lot of information for actual Insiders, and, as a Bay Area resident, the app does provide great parking instructions. This is app is for the true Warriors fan. The app is also regularly updated referring to box scores, game scores, and Warriors PR as well as Twitter. If you have interest in the Warriors and want to have constant news, highlights, and ticket information, do not hesitate and get the app!

This app is wonderful. The scores are near-perfectly timed, there is a lot of information for actual Insiders, and, as a Bay Area resident, the app does provide great parking instructions. Ok for warriors fans bad for ticket holders

The app is nice when following news and game events but for season ticket holders it has become unusable. Even with the latest update that brought back a very limited vierson of seeing how tickets have sold or are selling it's still horrid compared to the older app. (about two versions ago). I still have no way on the app to see what price my tickets are posted at and when I do update the price there is no way to visually confirm that the price did indeed update without logging into the actual Ticketmaster app and searching for my tickets under the buyers page. This is crazy and very bad for us sellers. Because of these issues I have already lost out on 2 games that didn't sell because I couldn't make them competitive. 2 stars is very generous and only because of the fan parts of the app (scores, stats, calendar, and radio). Please get your relationship back on track with Ticketmaster.

This Chase Center app is beyond the worst imaginable experience anyone could have. What’s the point in linking with Ticketmaster if the two platforms refuse to communicate. Like so many others, I am a Valks season ticket holder and about 90% of the time I can’t even log into the account or see my tickets. I even updated the app for a bug fix for this issue and that appears to have only made it worse! For the price of the tickets, the arena, the food and drinks this should be the least of our worries. Now as a season ticket holder, I can’t even go to the game this evening due to a poorly designed and less than half functioning app. Im just so lost with all the tech people in SF nobody can seem to figure this out. Please please please fix the app, or it’s likely many of your season ticket holders will find new options for next year!

I downloaded the app because we are Valkyries season ticket holders. Even when I’m signing into “manage tickets” under the Valkyries tab, the first try or two never works and shows no tickets. I have to log in and out of my Ticketmaster account until it works. It’s super frustrating! It’s also hard to figure out how to handle access to tickets for a family. When my husband goes to games without me, he has to log into my Ticketmaster account, but I think signing in from different devices is triggering something at Ticketmaster, because I’ve been prompted to reset my password 3x since the season started, once when he was at a game trying to use tickets. It just seems like a common situation and I wish it were easier!
