Just over all kinda been disappointed with this bank like most people have said it use to be a really well put together bank but after some time it has fallen off with the mobile banking become harder to use or none functional all together it’s been getting to the point for me where I wanna switch credit unions so it’s either get together to fix these issues or lose customers 🤷🏽‍♂️

Invest in a better app!

This app does not work well. The security features are cumbersome and make it difficult to even check balances or transfer money between account. During the past year it was been worse- having to re-add banking information to log in.

Credit Human should refocus their efforts for the mobile world. A fancy new building does little for the costumer experience compared to a usable phone app.

This app has become non-functional

This used to be an acceptable app. But over the past 4 months, it has become non-functional. First, it kept forgetting stored credentials. Next, the one time passcode for TFA stopped coming by text messages. Now, I don’t get it by email. Essentially Credit Human no longer has a mobile option. Now for everything I have to login in the website. It is 1 star because I cannot give less.
