Don’t use lending club

Worst experience ever it was good at fist I opened my account when I turned 18 the interest rates was wonderful but customer service is not good and they don’t solve situations as soon as possible they wait more than 2 months to tell you something. Transfer are not Instant and they always have to review what you do when money gets sent to your account and I have yet seen a card, they haven’t even provided me with a credit card to use the account.

I wish the app was as good as the bank. All options are in odd places. They have a ? as an additional al spot for banking options. That’s usually where apps explain things or allow you to send in developer issues. To find an ATM? Good luck. You’re tapping all over to find it without knowing whether the ATM is cash withdrawal only or accepts cash. It will give the address but not the option to choose a map app to send you there. Ordering checks? Well, too bad. The company they chose no longer be we services LC customers. You have to talk to LC customer service and tell them you need checks. They have to order them. I understand security but other banks also make it easy to order a replacement card. LC makes you call. For people like me that live in some dead spots and small towns, it’s not so easy. The app really needs to be updated and have options like the others. I want to like the bank 100% but these issues make me lean closer and closer to base bank whom I despise. I can at least deposit cash or checks there instead of guessing whether the ATM I’m going to even has that option. Instead, I’m having to use Chase ATMs for cash deposits and then sending myself money through Venmo.

Loved Radius bank, loved the app, loved the service, loved the atm refunds. On a personal level, I am not a fan of the name change. I don’t need a loan, or a club, just a bank. Might move my money elsewhere just for that reason. Radius rolled right off your tongue when asked “who do you bank with?” It’s tough to respond with “Lending Club”. Leaves folks wondering, who I owe money to.

No memo/description function

Rekindled my flame for reading
The app lets me type in a memo or description when I make a transaction, but the memo/description doesn’t save or show up on the transaction when I check it on my phone or computer. This makes it stressful for me to know what the transaction was for and it’s misleading, insinuating that I’ll be able to access and reference these memos. Please fix this or take the function off the app so that I’m not typing into the void. Me and my husband thought the memos would be a great way to track what our money is for, but we can’t revisit any of the memos.
