Now works with the new Siri. Add tasks, make lists, and ask what's on your plate, all by voice.
Just say it. TaskFire is the to-do list that works with the new Siri. Say a task with its date and list in one sentence, and it's there.
Then open the app and everything is sorted: overdue, today, and the next seven days, shared with the people you share a life with, on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web.
SEE WHAT MATTERS
Overdue, today, tomorrow, and the next seven days, in the order it matters. Smart lists pull tasks together by due date, star, tag, or person, so the right things are always in front of you.
ADD A TASK IN A TAP
Type it, pick a date and a list, star it, tag it, done. Add notes, checklists, and attachments when a task needs more.
NOW WITH SIRI
TaskFire works with the new Siri. Say "Hey Siri, in TaskFire add call the dentist tomorrow at 3pm" and it's on your list with the date and time. Say several tasks in one sentence. Looking at an email, message, or note? "Hey Siri, add this to TaskFire." Ask Siri what's on a list and it reads it back. Ask Siri to remind you when you get somewhere, like "remind me to get toilet paper when I get to Costco."
SHARE A LIST
Invite family, roommates, or coworkers to a list. Assign tasks so everyone sees who's on what.
TASKS AND CALENDAR TOGETHER
See your tasks and your week on one screen. Connect Google Calendar for two-way sync.

I like the way the app is laid out - very easy to get to everything with just a tap or two, no “it takes five taps to delete a task” type things. From other reviews I see the app is undergoing a major revamp right now, which is probably why it seems kind of glitchy at the moment. A few weird things I noticed are that right now I can’t set a task start date in the future (dates after today are greyed out), and that if I create a new tag when creating a task the tag does not show anywhere on the task to confirm I successfully added it until after I finish task creation and click the task on the list. Hopefully these are just teething problems that will be fixed eventually. This isn’t going to be the todo list app I use for now, but I do like it. It has good features and they are in convenient, easy-to-access places. I’ll be checking back in the future to see how it’s doing.A few suggestions to the developers:1. It would be nice to have more customization options for the Today widget so it will be more useful for people whose organization system isn’t deadline-oriented. Possibly the ability to name boxes and set criteria for what counts show in them (possibly connected to smart lists)?2. It would also be nice to be able to create my own sections or make tag-based sections within lists. It looks like right now it can only do due-date and priority, but it would be nice to have a way to make sections for things like work-from-home vs. in-office tasks
One of the two apps I use to stay organized.

I have been using Todo for about 15 years. i’ve also been using Week Cal for about the same length of time. These two apps I use throughout the day, every day … to stay organized. I’ve tried so many different apps and analog forms of to do lists for over 30 years, and I’m not sure how effective I could be on a daily basis without Todo. as soon as they released Todo Cloud, I jumped on it and haven’t looked back. Regardless of what device I’m using, iPhone, iPad, laptop, a current list is always available because all three devices sink constantly. I teach iPhone classes at the largest senior center here in San Francisco, and constantly recommend Todo. One feature I dearly love, is the ability to quickly use the microphone to dictate a task that gets added to my list instantly, and of course synchronized to my other devices. Everything is always up-to-date, and if I don’t finish a task it is shown as overdue, and I can easily move things ahead for a day, three days, or choose the date. It keeps my mind clear because everything is out of my head and in an app that helps me remember and accomplish more. There is a free version, which gives people a chance to try it before paying for a version with more features. I’m shocked at comments made by people who seem to be incensed that there’s a fee connected to amazing apps like this. As a past app developer, I do understand the logistics, and no app developer can possibly keep updating and paying the fees involved to keep it current. I considered one of the cheapest investments in my daily life. try it and you’ll become a believer, like me.
Worth the price: loved it, still love it
Trying another one
I’ve been using a version of this app from this company for about 10 years now. As my “free” year expired, I had to decide if I still wanted it. Especially reading everyone else’s reviews and being on a tight budget, I wondered, “Is it worth the price?” I explored other apps and noted that their premium prices were about the same amount. In comparing features, they didn’t have what I want. I love this app. I love its organization and features. I love how I can make it as simple or complex a system as needed for me to help me balance my need as a single mom to get a lot done (listing out the zillions of things “to do” in an organized manner so it’s easier to prioritize) with my needs as someone who struggles with anxiety and depression (turning off and on notifications and readjusting my focus list/due dates to give me the freedom to reduce the pressure.) How you use it is up to you but I’m very grateful for the improvements and updates I’ve seen throughout the years. Apps like this simplify my life and save me money in the long run. I’m happy to pay so they can continue to provide their service and have the ability to make more improvements.
Best there is!!!

I’m a list maker junky and am always in search of the perfect todo list to keep track of all those tasks and projects. I’ve used the Appigo ToDO app for years and it is by far my favorite. I have it installed on my Mac, iPad, and phone. Like many others, I am rarely without my phone and this is really my go to device for capturing items that need to get done. It is also the device I will have with me when the reminder goes off. I’ve tried several other programs including OmniFocus (twice). I’ve found ToDo can pretty much accommodate any task or project I need to track. While some of the other apps are fully capable, they are less intuitive. I’ve devoted time to experiment with other products running 2 week tests while watching “how to” videos to master the other applications. I always come back to ToDo, why work harder with an app if you don’t have to? I have picked up a few management tips from watching other videos and best practice suggestions like a weekly review for projects. However, this is easily accomplished with a weekly review subtask with any of of your active projects. You just cant beat the simplicity of being able to copy existing checklists and projects in ToDo. I have a few projects with long lists of actions to be done that come back up, the projects have no planned repeat cycle. For these items, I create a Template Task with all the needed items and give it tag so it can be searched. I dont give the templates due dates and update the tittle and due date when copied. I couldn’t believe how complicated some other apps make this process. Can you believe that some very $$ apps do not even support this copy feature. Siri and email integration are also great tools and easy to use. Apple Watch support - check. Works like a charm. Need to log onto the web when without your device, that is covered too. I love this app.
Developer Response
Jkpharmer you are a power user for sure. Most have no idea how to copy tasks/projects/checklists but I loved that you took the time to explain it like this. It is a beautiful and creative way to leverage what we think are critical capabilities in a simple interface. We'd love to have you in our private beta group. If you want to join to help direct the future of the product email chris@appigo.com. Thanks. Also we are adding some 'planning' capabilities in the near future that allow you to set a reminder prompt to review metrics (which we are adding) and to assess your progress generally so that you can 'course correct' or continue with things that are going well. Thanks and best wishes to you!!
TaskFire works with the new Siri. Say it once and it's on your list: "Hey Siri, add call the dentist tomorrow at 3pm to my Home list in TaskFire."
New in 12.1: location reminders by voice. Say "In TaskFire, remind me to get toilet paper when I get to Costco" and TaskFire reminds you when you get there. Set TaskFire's location access to Always to use it.
With Siri you can also:
- Add a task with a date, time, list, star, note, or tags
- Say several tasks in one sentence
- "Hey Siri, add this to TaskFire" from an email, message, or note
- Set repeating tasks, make a new list, or delete a task by name
- Ask what's on a list, what a task's note says, or what's tagged
- Find and open tasks from your iPhone's search
The Siri tab shows everything you can say. Requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence, iOS 27, and the new Siri turned on. On other iPhones, start with "In TaskFire" and Siri works the way it always has.
Also in 12.1:
- What's New now lives in your notification bell
- iPad fixes: every day in the date picker can be picked, the quick menu fits on screen, the checklist Add button shows in full, and search is one tap from the header
- Checklist search works on iPhone
- The calendar shows today's column again
- Siri phrases ready in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean for when Apple adds those languages
The Apple Watch app is taking a break. We're rebuilding it with Siri AI, and it will be back.
