With the tap of a finger, find and book flights to enchanting destinations around the world. If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.



2. COMPLEMENT YOUR JOURNEY

Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.

3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING

Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.



4. CHECK IN

Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.



5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS

Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.



6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS

Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).




7. MAKE THE MOST OF PRIVILEGE CLUB

Through our mobile app, Privilege Club members can easily view account details on their dashboard, use the My Calculator to check Avios and Qpoints that can be earned on flights, claim missing Avios on past flights, communicate with the Privilege Club member service centre, and much more.

My favorite airline

I’ve been flying Qatar Airways since 2021. They were professional during COVID-19. It’s now 2024 and I exclusively fly with them as a platinum member.

The flight attendants are very professional and considerate. Even if I fly economy, the food and service is the best I’ve ever seen. For business class travels and frequent flyer benefits, it’s incomparable to anything else I’ve experienced.

The Hamad international airport is exceptional, and the benefits of being a frequent flyer continue even there. I wish I could fly Qatar Airways domestically in the US, but I’ll settle for choosing them exclusively for international flights.

The only negative experience I had was one time the handle on my checked in suitcase broke. They offered me a bad deal at the service course in BKK airport and it had to get escalated. By the time they finally gave me a reasonable offer, I was already over it and purchased a new bag myself.

I didn’t feel appreciated by having to barter with a customer service representative after a long flight and processing at immigration. That being said - I still choose them exclusively.

The worst customer service

I see the reviews Shows 5 star I try to travel with Qatar Airline there’s no customer service available at lax airport treat customer like the stone ages , this company needs a shakeup in their management and customer relationship to provide faster customer service and a valid phone number in the USA ( if you have an issue you have to wait tell all the passengers Bord & then the customer service person tell you will help you in customer service in the ticket station , you go to their customer service station you will find 300 people in line in front of you with their luggage You have to wait till your term you get to desc for help the manager leaves you and go help other customer with their luggage and never come back you request your luggage you have to wait 3 hours tell they provide it to you and all this you stuck in deferent airport you have to book your ticket back where you start your flight at your own expanses all this and I been trying contact customer service for one hour now and still waiting

Worst airline and useless app

Airline customer service is nonexistent! This is the third time I’ve flown with them and will be my last!
Flew from Doha to Dallas and had to go to the chiropractor the next day because the seats are like sitting on a board for 16 hours! I had taken shorter flights with them and thought they would have better seats ford international flights, they don’t! Some reason there are more small children on this airline than any I’ve been on. It looks like you been to a frat party as you leave the plane!

I tried for two weeks to upgrade my seats prior to flight but could not do it over the app or online. Spoke with customer service and was told they were full. The trip back I couldn’t check in with the app had to check in with gate! While at the gate, another passenger and I asked for an upgrade. She said they had 2 available, we said we wanted them! She said $1450 cash only! I only had a few hundred cash on me! Same with the other guy! I checked with the purser on the plan and he came found me just before take off and said they had 4 upgrades available for $1450 cash! He said they couldn’t take a card on the plane only at the gate😳😳
