Very pleased with the apps performance since I had last tried it out in 2020. I record sessions for music with improvised lyrics and the app suits my personal needs super well and is very accurate. I can also utilize it for coaching which is handy.I’ll say that my experience coming back to using the app more regularly is because it’s more intuitive than it was when I heard about it during Covid & IG reels. It’s simpler — the interface is cleaner and I haven’t found any accessible app that comes close to its accuracy. Highly recommend! Two thumbs up for sure for personal use. I imagine it has broader capabilities for businesses to use it as well!

I’ve paid so much for hours of AI transcripts which turns out I can’t view in a google doc unless I COPY and PASTE. What exactly did I pay for??? // Also the update made pause button smaller which makes it more likely you record DEAD AIR .. guess what.. you get charged by the MINUTE not the word. So I had to pay $25 for a small amount of text bc of dead air. // Next, the pricing for the new subscription model is very misleading, I have never received even 1 minute of free AI transcript. //Also, the subscription matrix fails to mention that you can only see part of your transcript in the browser unless you have a “pro plan “.. hello I PAID $10 for a transcript that must be downloaded and copy and pasted. I have so many files.. it’s going to take me FOREVER to get my book notes into google doc. I really regret using this to help me write my novel.

I had used Rev previously and had found it extremely helpful. One of my favorite things about it is that I can almost spontaneously start recording a meeting or conversation, and have options to figure out what to do with the recording afterward. Sometimes you forget that you will want to record something until that moment, and not needing to figure out how to do that, and what will work when timing is critical means having Rev at your fingertips can save the day! The audio capture is exceptional. I can’t speak to the transcription accuracy yet, but I am very grateful that I had this at my disposal when most needed.

I am in daily zoom meetings with low talkers, fast talkers and those with heavy accents. I just stare at the phone and it magically turns the voice into text in real-time. No more wondering if you heard correctly. Five minutes after the meeting I have the text up in the editor making minor corrections and highlighting sentences. I get every ounce of info out of the meeting. Pick a paragraph or sentence in the transcript and click play. Game changer.There is a monthly cost and a “deluxe” transcribe option (human instead of AI) but I have never had to pay to manually transcribe. The AI just works. Worth the subscription.

Smoother uploads — We tuned a few things behind the scenes to make uploads more stable. Things should feel a bit more reliable, especially if you've had any hiccups.
Memory fixes — Squashed a bug that was quietly eating up too much memory. Your app should feel snappier and more well-behaved.
