I don’t like the way it’s set up now because I can’t tell where anybody when someone hits a big jackpot usually we could go on and at least see what store it was sold out of or gas station or what ever we can’t do that anymore and that to me seems unfair because if it’s in my neighborhood I’d like to go to that I’d like to give that store my money maybe they’ll win again or they’ll sell me a winner again you never know and there’s so many other things that are going on with this website I I just can’t get into all of them right now but that’s one thing that I think you should change change it back to the way it was or unless you’re going to allow us to play online the doublePlay but you don’t allow that right now so what’s the sense of me playing my stuff online I want I’ve been playing that double play if I get a chance to win on the second line why should I go for it thank you Susan Hopkins

The new updated app is terrible. You took away access to so much information and resources. You also took away numbers tools which weren’t that useful since you changed them a few months ago. You took away “ Your numbers up” tool a few months ago as well. It was very helpful. You could type in a specific four digit number and see every time it was ever drawn going back to 1986. Both mid day and evening. Then you changed it to choosing a span of dates that wouldn’t allow you to choose a specific number. That wasn’t helpful at all and it didn’t work right half the time. It was quite ridiculous actually. Super annoying. Time consuming. Every time you update your app it gets worse. It wasn’t broken no need to fix it. The way it was before you changed it a little over a year ago was just fine!!! And I don’t care if you can find more information on a different mi. lottery app or site. The version i had been using for years was perfect. Bring back your numbers up tool!!! You angered a lot of people by taking it away. If the lottery is truly luck, random, and honest then bring it back. Exactly the way it was! With the ability to look up a specific number and see every time it was drawn. Listen to your customers. Because that’s what WE are! Paying customers!!! Weird things have been going on with the lottery since the pandemic. Suspicious things. And we’re all talking about it! I might be one person but I’m not just speaking for myself. Trust me!!!

I honestly believe that the Michigan lottery misrepresents the odds on their games. I used to play the online games on Michigan lottery all the time and the chances of winning were pretty good and I used to tell everybody to go there instead of to the casinos because your chances of winning were better and Michigan lottery was more honest, but that was done and this is now. And every year it seems to get worse very seldom have I got a decent win on their online games I’ll win $.20 for a $.20 bet whoopee sometimes I’ll win a whopping $.28 for that same $.20 that used to be I could win about 50 bucks or 100 bucks here or there. Not anymore it seems like they’ve stacked the eyes against those of us playing as badly as a casino. Still, they’ve turned into scams, just like the casinos are. Used to be you could tell on Michigan lottery to be honest and what it said that you had a certain heart of winning you actually win more or less. But when you’ve played 40 games and you’re lucky to have won three dollars and not gotten any free spins during that whole time that’s not just coincidence. Michigan lottery you really need to do better. I like you a lot better a few years ago. I don’t like what you’re becoming now I don’t know if I’m gonna keep my account or not. It may not even be worth it.

This seems like it’s actively trying to make me pay into the system and it never even comes close to the amount that I pay into it and I don’t know if that’s done intentionalqqqly or if it’s just bad luck but my luck has never been as bad as whenq I play the online games instead of playing the physical scratch off tickets! So I’m starting to think it’s rigged and it wouldn’t be very hard at all to rig a game that is so easily manipulated by algorithms and just the nature of online gaming! It’s just too easy to keep the system running in your favor and not really allowing the customer to see any kind of real winnings ever remotely from time to time, I’ve only known of one person who had gotten a substantial win of $12 or $13,000 and that wasn’t even on your site it was on fanDuel I believe maybe I’ll start trying to use them instead. If I don’t start getting any type of winnings that I see as a good enough reason to keep me using this website and enticing me into staying with this site and not feeling like I’m just throwing my hard earned money away for nothing. I am certain that there are many more sites that will be glad to give me a few good wins to get my business!!!!
