Every time I try to use an offer I load it onto my card, pick up the item, give the card and item to the attendant, they ring it up and tell me the price - it’s always full retail. Then we just stare at each other. From what they say the discounted price doesn’t show until they “tender” the sale, which they don’t do until I pay. I tried it their way once and my credit card was charged the full price, they had to cancel the sale and ring it up again, treating me like it was my fault they had to do the extra work. This is why I go to GetGo far more than Sheetz, they know how to apply discounts properly.
Fuel of bugs
I opened it up, and clicked the sign up button. Right off the keyboard was acting really weird, won’t go down right,and I filled out my information. I clicked submit. The password box, that I have filled out, lights up red. I click on it, and it’s acting all weird again, but sometimes it comes up with an option to use a phone-generated password. Acts all weird again, but finally I get the keyboard off the screen and punch submit. Congratulations, I am right back where I was before, a red line around the password box. So I try clicking on the i next to the box. The keyboard pops up. I hit it again, the microphone and the giphy symbols disappear from the keyboard. I try typing, but the keyboard seems like it’s unplugged. So I hit the i again, and the microphone symbols come back, but I still can’t type. For all the app advertises they do, they should at least get it working
Love sheetz.. the app is awful
I didn’t eat lunch yesterday.. because of this utterly woeful app. I placed an entire order after connecting my sheetz card to this app. Got through the whole order and it asked if I wanted to pay through the app or pay in store. I tapped pay in store and poof it was gone.. so thinking that the order had gone through I waited 10 mins for lunch to start and walked over to the store. The order was never received so the lady told me that I was more than welcome to place the order there... while there were 15 others standing there waiting on their meals. I would have never had my order in time to eat it. I’m diabetic and have hypoglycemic episodes quite often, and this app made me miss lunch yesterday. Please don’t download this.
