This app is great for both casuals and fanatics of the team. Photos from games, postgame interviews, highlights from games, shortcut to the team online store, it’s got a lot of useful tools to keep in the know for the bolts. It does lack customization that truly push this app above and beyond. We should have the option to change the app icon like the Bucs app. There should be an option to switch to dark mode as the white screen can be hard on the eyes. For the most part, this app is exactly what every Bolts fan needs, just missing a few cosmetic options that can really take a cookie cutter app into a personalized masterpiece.

Happy to have a dedicated app and not have to flip around between fox sports sun, Bally, and fanduel. However, the app asks if you like the app, if you say yes, it closes out the game and opens up App Store. That was quite frustrating to then have to restart the app in order to continue watching a live game. My request would be a 15 second rewind and 15 second fast forward added to the Apple TV remote. That way you can easily blip forward or backward.

The app itself is good for checking up on the team, but now that they switched to ScrippsSports enforce you to stream it through the app. It is absolutely terrible. Some of the worst streaming I’ve ever experienced. Constantly says out of area, even though I’m not, and then when you open it in Safari, it works, commercials are extraordinarily loud between plays and intermission, app constantly stop streaming it has to be reset. I'm subscribing to another platform and will be contacting for my money back on the subscription. Also the "$66" subscription actually charges $74. VERY unsatisfied!

No mobile food ordering or apple wallet for BFL discount seems to be a miss. Also Apple Watch app could make payments easier/faster. NHL apps seem far behind MLB and NFL
