Cel’s holistic approach to yoga makes this app so unique and amazing!! Great app, can easily connect to my TV, there’s shorter sessions that are perfect for a movement break during the work day and longer videos for after work. You learn so much about the body and movement the videos are so much fun. Celest’s energy is infectious! So glad I started using this.
