This is a very clean, elegant podcast app. The search is simple, the channel organization is tidy. It doesn’t have the episode/channel detail you’d find on Apple Podcasts (for instance, you won’t find a link to The Telegraph’s other podcasts in the episode details of Ukraine: The Latest) but the spare utility of the app makes up for the lack of detail. I'd like to be able to see the mini player while navigating my other podcasts, but it's only a downward swipe away so it's a trivial issue. There's a premium version for $10/ year but it's not clear what exactly that gets you. I'll use it exclusively for a week and if it works out as well as I'm anticipating, I've got a new podcast player.

I’m a big fan of this app and while it is very good, there’s a few things really getting in the way of it being completely usable. The default way of queuing a podcast still streams instead of downloading, but the playback is not reliable. So even with stable Internet, many times the next episode in your queue just flat out won’t play and there’s no way to get it to play, pausing and retry, etc. not sure what’s going on there but not something you want to have happen while driving and it happens frequently enough. If this app were to download or at least give the option to download everything in your queue, I think most of its major problems would be fixed. Quality of life things, would be nice to have the option to automatically add episodes of specific podcasts to either the top or bottom of the queue like how pocket casts does it.

I am loving the experience and I think 1. transcript for as many languages as possible 2. comment section 3. Visible, easy to access queue 4. Different “sort by” options 5. Option to automatically play next episode from the same show ( which I think is very similar to an easy to use queue feature) can make the app better for both listeners and creators. Thank you so much for this much effort and passion you’ve shown to the world of podcasts.

I’ve been using this app since the beta version and have thoroughly enjoyed it over the past couple of months. The design is so beautiful and the interface is intuitive - it really makes the experience of listening to and saving podcasts so easy and accessible. I would recommend to anyone who is a podcast lover! And anyone who wants to get into podcasts too - great tool for navigating and keep track of the podcasts you love.
