Improve your Pinion shifting experience with additional functions with the Smart.Shift app! Connect your Pinion Smart.Shift components with this app and use all the advantages:
- Adapt the shifting behavior to your driving profile and use the full range of functions of your Pinion Smart.Shift technology.
- See the charge status of your Smart.Shift at a glance.
- Adjust the button assignment of the TE1 E-Trigger to your needs.
- Take advantage of Start.Select and set your starting gear.*
- Use Pre.Select for semi-automatic shifting and select your cadence.*
- Stay up to date and benefit from important software updates and notifications.
- Use our service tools for permanently reliable function.
*Only available if Smart.Shift has speed information available (sensor or system information).
Note: E-bikes with Smart.Shift, where the settings can be made via the display of the e-bike, are not compatible with the app.

We’ve made the following updates for you:
Service and Diagnostics
• You can now send service data directly to Pinion through the “Send service data” field under
“Notifications” This helps diagnose issues faster together with the Pinion service team.
Improvements to your Smart.Shift Box
• The connected Smart.Shift Box is now highlighted in the device list, making it easier to identify.
• Pre.Select and Start.Select are now displayed more clearly and more quickly as deactivated when they
cannot be enabled due to a system error (for example, missing speed signal).
Safety and Configuration
• New safety notices assist you when adjusting your device configuration, providing greater transparency
and security for your bike.
Quality and Performance
• Bug fixes and stability improvements deliver an even more reliable user experience.
Overall app performance has been further optimized.
