I’ve played here for at least a half year now and it is absolutely a fun time. The games are great, and my top ups come with a lot of extra SC. You can play for free, or for real cash. Either way it’s a great time. As for payouts; I’ve never had a problem. There are many ways to cash out such as Skrill or your bank account as ACH or ITB (I cash through PayPal via ITB) they always say I’ll get paid within 5-7 days, but I’ve always gotten it the next business day. The email communication is awesome and I highly recommend this app. I also use crowncoinscasino and never had a problem with them either. The only time you may encounter a problem would be during the KYC process when you first cash out. ( I didn’t, but I’ve heard others have). It’s mainly an issue with your camera (iPhones especially) when you take a picture of your ID. But they work through it with you. The games can be tough to win on sometimes but it’s a slot machine. Casinos don’t make money from winners. But if you are patient, and find the right game, you will eventually find the winning groove. There are no guarantees of a win, but if you do you can be assured that this casino does pay out!

Locked my account and took my money.

I am a broke 18 year old college student who put $25 on my account over the summer because of a promotion they had. I used this app for about a month then they updated their policy to 21 years old, resulting in my account being locked. I tried contacting customer support, them saying I needed to verify my account with my ID (which says I am 18 years old). Upon submitting an ID stating I was 18 years old my account was completely locked, signed out and unable to access. I reported this as-well and asked for a refund, them stating that I needed to wait until 21 to play again (3 years). This was not the response I was looking for at all. Fast forward a couple weeks, static noise between my emails and theirs, I get an automated email from the company stating my money will be completely wiped if I continued to be inactive for longer than 60 days. Giving me just 24 hours to get my account to be active, I reach out to customer support just moments later after I received the email. And I get no response until the next day, more than 24 hours later. They responded with the fact my account was wiped of funds, and they hoped to see me back as a customer when I was 21. Terrible company. Terrible customer support. I was completely dumbfounded with how terribly they handled this situation. They can knowingly take an 18 year olds money, but can’t give it back because he’s 18 and they changed their policy? 0/5 stars would never let this company even look at a penny in my pocket.

This app is so awesome. They have live table games which I love. They have roulette, one live slot game, black jack, and some wheel games. Is there risk, absolutely. You’re gambling and statistically you are at a disadvantage. I do see a lot of complaints about ‘skimming’ and there is an ‘opt in’ to participate in additional jackpots, so the user opted in without knowing. Kind of their own fault as it is obvious. The live black jack is almost perfect: they hand shuffle, everything is done with visibility to the players, and they have all of the bonuses I love. One downside; they allow people to play with GC (no money value) versus SC (like real chips you pay 1:1 for) and some of the players either do not understand strategy or just don’t care because they aren’t losing real money. That can sometimes be aggravating. I do feel like they likely lose money-paying customers due to this. They should encourage the dealers to provide guidance to people who clearly don’t know what they are doing. All in all, the live play is just like being at a casino without the drive. Would recommend to anyone who likes to gamble.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced by far. Trying to redeem your winnings is a nightmare. They offer an “Instant Bank Transfer” that could not be further from the truth. They make it incredibly difficult to withdraw your winnings. It has been almost three weeks that I have been waiting for my redemption. The live chat help is so bad. There is no effort at all to help you resolve any issue. All you get is one rude person after the next telling you there is nothing they can do to help you and someone will contact you via email in 24-48 hours which never happens. They like to talk about their integrity and transparency both of which there is a complete lack of. Dealing with them over and over trying to get them to return the money I won has been so time consuming and frustrating it is beyond ridiculous. Time and again agents will just disconnect your chat as to not deal with you. I have asked over and over to elevate my issue and been refused again and again. They ask you to provide sensitive account information or they will not issue your redemption. Then delay things by requesting the same information again stating that is the hold up. The cherry on top is that once you try to redeem money and cash out they restrict your account stating it is for other players safety and security while they verify all your financial information that is never asked for unless you win. It is honestly disgusting how they screw you over and seem to enjoy it a great deal. I can not say this strongly enough you should save yourself the time anger and frustration and avoid this site like the plague.
