Obsessed with Kelli but app needs work

Would totally agree with the previous reviews! Kelli is amazing and I love her tutorials and work! The app is my biggest complaint and what might make me cancel my subscription. The videos never seem to load and always buffer so I really get to use them when I want/need them. Plus the download function doesn’t work, no matter how many times I try to delete then redownload the app.

I LOVE THIS THING. Kelli is so talented and I have learned so much from her. I went from being a very casual makeup-wearer to being able to do my own makeup as a bridesmaid and looking professionally done. It’s saved me hundreds from all the weddings I’ve been in. As for the app itself — I’ve had it since launch, and it has improved significantly over that time. It is ever-evolving. They really listen to feedback! Note: the app is free, but you must pay to subscribe. This is well advertised, so I’m not sure why people are surprised. Again, a year’s subscription cost me less than having my makeup done professionally for one event. New videos are added every week, always high quality. I tell everyone I know about this app.

The community (Geneva) that comes along with app subscription is like hanging a group of built-in besties.
