App is user friendly, but does not allow for special instructions
New app does not allow for user to make comments for special instructions for food orders. You are stuck with the options provided.
Incomplete order AGAIN!!!
Unfortunately, this is the second time in two days that we run into the same issue. In both occasions the store forgot to add one of the ingredients to our tuna poke bowl. Because of our first experience, we checked our order the next day, and we were able to add the missing item before leaving the store. Definitely, those picking up orders should check them before leaving.
Two Hours for Delivery
I ordered food for delivery via the Carrot Express app and my email confirmation said the food would be ready for delivery in 40 minutes but I did not receive a link to track my order’s progress or delivery status. I made multiple attempts to reach the location via phone which were unsuccessful. It has now been TWO hours and my order never arrived.
