My main complaint is that there is no way to easily see the hours I have worked in the current week. It gives me an “insight” about how much I’ve earned in the past 7 days, but that is no help for budgeting hours since I am not allowed to go over 40 hours in a Sunday-Saturday week. Additionally, the “insight” almost always shows earnings under the wrong day, so I don’t have trust in its accuracy. I can view shifts, but again, there’s no concise reporting of hours worked, I just have to do the math myself. Other issues with the app itself, it logs me out pretty regularly and won’t log back in unless I quit the app and relaunch it. Other than that, it’s pretty good as long as the agency sets up your clients well. If they don’t, you get to navigate their mess on every shift.

I also use it because I have to. But it’s horrible at tracking client hours. We needs something that can tell you how many hours you have worked through the workweek. We are required to track hours from Sunday to Saturday and the app doesn’t help with that at all.

Been using this since February when our company opened up. And Po’u is always quick to get back with us with issues and questions. Easy to use and no issues

This app has come along way and they keep updating it. It’s made life for me and my DSPs a million times better. This the best IDD app in the market.
