I don’t normally write reviews but I feel bad that this app has such a low rating, it has done great by me and the one issue I had with an order not getting placed, Coke quickly solved the issue for me. Another time when some cans arrived broken, Coke reshipped it for free. I really couldn’t be happier with the app. Excited to see what new collabs Coke has!

This app is terrible and barely functions at the best of times, but is forced on us as customers. I don’t generally review things but Coke’s terrible app really drove me to the edge. You can’t even go through one entire product category (soft drinks, literally their primary product) before the show more button ends. You then have to switch to descending order to order anything after the letter F. I even had to skip and order around Christmas because the app wouldn’t let me complete my order for the entire window and I even used two different devices. Coke is really shooting to the top of the rot economy with their absolute disaster of an app, it shows how much they hate their customers.

I’ve updated the app and tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I was told not to use the app and to try in a web browser to put my order in. But not certain web browsers because those won’t work… How many hoops do I have to jump through to place an order!
Able to view options

Love ordering on the app and also like the fact that I’m able to view everything that Coca-Cola has to offer. I also like the fact how much I can keep track on my spending budget.
This update includes the following improvements:
- Personalized suggestions on cart screen so you can get a curated selection of products tailored to your taste.
- Bug fixes to improve stability and performance.
