Never received my tickets

I ordered tickets to a show 4 months in advance. 2 days before the show I get an email saying to claim my tickets. I claim them and it tells me they’ve been sent to Ticketmaster and to check my account. They never showed up in my Ticketmaster account. The customer service suggested that I just go to the box office at the venue and ask for my tickets. Without any real confirmation of the tickets who in their right mind would give tickets to a stranger claiming to have them. Then they deny the refund because they tell me the tickets have been claimed and there is nothing they can do. I will never use them again, and will make sure every one I talk to knows to avoid this site.

Unfortunately, we do rely on Ticketmaster in this case to transfer tickets from the seller to you and we can't do in-depth troubleshooting on their behalf. This website/app resells tickets from Ticketmaster and other sources at triple the price! When purchasing tickets they do not clearly disclose that you’re buying from a reseller. Before purchasing tickets, always check the venue’s official website for their authorized ticket sellers. Also no refunds and just bad customer service, polite, but do nothing.

It’s rare that you see an app this bad. Need to contact someone for assistance? Nope. Log into your account? Nope. View tickets purchased through their account? BIG nope. But you can absolutely use the app to pay more than face value for a ticket (by 3x - 4X for tickets that are available direct from the venue). Hard pass!
