The AI help is weak, like a child who is afraid to admit he doesn’t know the answer. Example, I am trying to find where I can add my BP cuff numbers which it mentions in the initial setup, but haven’t found the secret place to add them. Asking “where to add cuff numbers” returns vague “look for an option like add data or manual entry…” which is exactly what I’m looking for and can’t find! There’s been other things I’ve asked and thus far haven’t received an adequate response. I had a heart ablation two days ago and need to keep track of my progress. This is the latest AI help. I agree, there “should be” but there ISN’T! “To synchronize your Wellmy app with your iPhone, start by ensuring both your watch and your iPhone are connected via Bluetooth. Then, open the Wellmy app on your iPhone. There should be an option like 'Devices,' 'Settings,' or 'Sync' within the app. Tap on that and follow the prompts to sync the devices. Make sure your phone and any related app are updated to the latest version to avoid connectivity issues. If you encounter any difficulties during the syncing process, restarting both devices can sometimes help resolve these issues.
Hope the recovery is going well.On the manual BP input — here's what happened: during the initial setup, the app asks whether you have a cuff. If you answered no, the manual input option stays hidden. We know that's not ideal, and we're already working on a settings toggle so you can change it anytime. On the AI — thank you, seriously. The disconnect between what the app can do and what the AI knows about is a real gap, and we're working on closing it. Your specific example helps more than you'd think.Write us in support support@airshow.dev — we'd like to thank you properly for the detailed feedback.Best regards,The Wellmy Team
