WoW! I Just Blew My Mind!

The sound is spectacular! Very stable and app friendly app! Excellent. I’ll have to study this preset for a while! LoL I was just tweaking and turning things on (or off). I’m stand alone! It seems either to be an ‘evolving’ loop or a very complicated loop that my brain just can’t completely collate. There is so much going on (like if I was using a DAW and several AUs) that I was ‘for sure’ that the sequencer was a participant but I never turned it on. I approached synthesis from a Sound Physics perspective. I would use a good synth app and wrap a sound unto itself and create complimenting voices and rhythmic percussive sounds. This app seems to have that ability built into it. :-) The stereo widen/depth is a cool feature with everything else. The fonts could be a point or two larger and actually ‘white’ but everybody is using prefab modules and they don’t know how to. Sigh. The sonic odyssey and mental libations await. (No, this preset is an evolving loop. It’s added whistle-whip sounds.)

What can't be said positively of audiokit? Not only have they time and time again produced some of the most professional sounding and user tweakable virtual synthesis apps available on iOS/iPadOS at just a fraction of the price of some of the big vsynths, not to mention providing free tools to enable other developers to create new and unique music creation apps. Since buying Bass 808, Retro Piano, and more recently King of FM, which is a powerful app and King of Digital is no exception, and right out the box comes with a TON of presets and plenty sounds and user editable parameters that essentially make this app infinitely capable of creating new sounds. Audiokit is definitely the developer whose apps I turn to time and time again and before the price goes up don't hesitate - just get it, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I’m using FL Studio these days primarily but have a way with the MIDI Out plug-in to access all my original AudioKit sound modules at once. I always end up with 2-3 sounds from them in my final mix. Just like I do with Roland Zenbeats sounds - You Just gotta have ‘em. Take them seriously. They are as good as anything out there and I’m using piles of up to date synths and sample libraries. Just downloaded the King-D update. Oh my. It’s a good time to be a musician with all the free and great stuff for $9 or less. I still can’t believe how good my studio is. Mind blowing. Quality vs quantity

I like the sounds that come out of your synth apps, but a lot of them are just up cycled versions of the last one that came out. I downloaded the FM synth app and it crashes constantly. Then another one came out, I spent the 3.99 on that one, same app, different variation. When I listen with headphones closely there is crackling for most of the modules, at the highest bit rate, and it isn’t like I don’t have other apps, including the synths in Garage Band that don’t crash out or crackle. I want to give audiokit its due, because the reverb plugin is fantastic and the original Synth One is great, and King of FM is nice, but it does seem like the newer versions are betas for something else, and I buy them but delete right away. Just really wish you guys would really go through these apps with due diligence to make sure they are not crashing or crackling. Would love to give 5 stars, but just can’t at this point.

Thanks, everyone! Stability Upgrades + New Features: • New A-Tuning Stepper. Pick any A tuning like 444, etc. Alternate “A” tuning recalls with AUv3 saved state and presets. Reload projects at 432 Hz (or any tuning), and save different tunings per preset. Use the new Lock button next to tuning to keep the same tuning while you change presets. • MIDI Program Change added to AUv3.
