Connect Your Visits We've added bi-directional account linking so you can connect your visits and medical records to your app — two ways: • Enter Invitation Code — Got a 4-character code by email or text? Enter it to link your account instantly. • Generate My App Code — Share a one-time code with our care team in chat and they'll connect your account from their side. After linking, your scheduled visits appear directly in the app. Find it on your Dashboard or under Profile → Account Link.

Guided Account Setup We've introduced a new step-by-step onboarding wizard to make getting started easier than ever: Personal Details -- Enter your name, date of birth, gender, and profile photo. Contact Info & Consent -- Add your phone number with verification, and manage your communication preferences for SMS and email. Service Address -- Set your main service address using an interactive map or manual entry. Insurance & Payment -- Choose self-pay or add your insurance details during setup. Emergency Contact -- Provide emergency contact information for your care team.
