Asks for my email and password before I make an account so it doesn’t even let me sign up or get into the app it just says email not found

I had to renew my update information because I had my old card connected to my account and we’ll it told me to add new payment because my account has been deactivated. I paid my fee I was missing but it still is telling me to update my payment information even through I’ve already paid and it took the payment out my bank account. I’ve emailed customer service on his app 4 times within the last 4 days and no response so I’m paying for a app I can’t even use. It won’t even let me delete my account. Worst customer service ever all I wanna do is workout and they holding me back from working out.

I’m having the same problem but I know that once you fix that it’s gonna be smooth and amazing, just of course need to get in the app first and fix the sign up. 5 stars cause I know it’s just a little mistake in the beginning but once it’s fixed everything else should be amazing 🦾

Some people don’t realize that you have to buy it first on a website then sign up but once you do that it’s pretty cool nice programs and Bible talk
