Break any project down into subtasks, then subtasks of subtasks — nested as deep as you need, like folders on your computer. Shrink a task small enough and procrastination stops being an option.
Planning your day shouldn't take longer than doing the work. Swipe to star any task, from anywhere in your tree, and it lands on today's list. Everything else disappears — out of sight, out of mind — so your brain gets to focus on one thing at a time.

Schedule time-sensitive tasks once and forget them — they surface on your Due screen exactly when they're due.
