The Barkan Management Company app is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your residential association. This app will allow you to:
- Review association documents
- Access owner ledger
- Pay dues and fees
- Submit and track work orders
- Submit architectural requests
- Report and respond to bylaw violations
The login to the App and the web-based portal is the same. If you do not have a current login, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log in to your account directly from this app.
Version 9.0.2 contains the following:
The Make A Payment button color now adheres to the color set by your management company. In addition, the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen now remain blue.
•Fixed display issues that occurred for device’s with Dark Mode enabled.
•UI improvements & bug fixes.
