Don’t trust the blue dot to get your pick up address correct. Double check every time. Other than that, simple, straightforward, easy to use as a foreigner.

Annoying but sometimes faster than Uber

This app is annoying because it will ask you to type in your language and then gives you the address that their search results find but in Korean. It also doesn't help that Korea has 2 different address systems so each place has 2 addresses per location. Another annoyance is that when a taxi is coming your way to pick you up, your destination point disappears temporarily. But overall I think this app has been slightly faster at finding a taxi when compared with the Uber app.

Terrible App - a Trap for Foreigners

Ordered a car, driver arrived 15 min later, refused to go to the destination and left. But charged my credit card and the app kept showing that I am driven to the destination . Did not allowed me to book another car for 30 min. Finally, booked another car.. the app said 3 min wait - it took 25 min. I wanted to cancel but there is no option in the app. Terrible and stupidly designed app.

The app logs me out after every use, regularly doesn’t register input of any sort when selecting pick up and drop off locations, and will show multiple taxis in the area then follow up with messages saying there are no taxis near you. When the app works it’s not bad but that’s WHEN it works. Truly disappointed.
