My role often has me in the field during the day and I was looking for a way to submit my notes more efficiently rather than scrambling to put them in on my computer at the end of the day - this app is useless. However, is not even a way to view or add contact notes, progress notes, or manually input any similar type of documentation. This app lets you view your appointments, but shows virtually no information when trying to open a client’s chart. I’m a non-clinical mental health provider and upon logging in, the app showed my name as “Dr. F/N” rather than using or referencing my actual credentials in any way.

I do not see the purpose of this app. Cannot see my clients, make any documentation or notes. I will stick to the website
