I found Lindsey through Karen (iluvsarahii). Before signing up I was taking pilates classes and felt bored and felt it was not challenging enough to keep going back. I had heard Karen speak good things about Lindsey’s class and was nervous to sign up. Mostly because I had done at home workouts in the past and they just weren’t motivating to me. My husband started building out a gym at home and I decided to bite the bullet and just test her out for a month to see how I felt and I’m SO GLAD I did bc I IMMEDIATELY FELL IN LOVE. I’m not kidding when I say I would crave her workouts to feel sore (I know sick in the head) but it was just so motivating, she pushes you like she’s in your own home, her cues are always spot on, even providing a visual description to what you should feel and look like. I love her visual descriptions bc it helps me see where I need to adjust etc. I started off with following her recorded classes and this month I found the courage to join her live classes and it’s been so great. The community is GREAT. Lindsey really is a hidden gem- I’m constantly telling people in my circle to try her out to even come work out with me because she’s that good. She recently had Megan join her as an additional coach and I did her workouts and holy.. I felt like her workouts were exactly what I was originally looking for at my pilates class but instead I found here at UPLIFT! (Yay!) If you are second guessing trying out Lindsey’s app this is YOUR SIGN TO JOIN. Try it out for one month! I have tried multiple different workout apps and nothing compares to Lindsey and her workouts. I have been following her app for a few years now and it is worth every penny. It’s not only easy to access and follow, but she provides well rounded workouts and each week finds new ways to push you. There is a good variety and it never feels like you’re doing the same thing over and over again. Not only does she provide workouts, but you get access to meditations and recipes to help meet your fitness goals with a well rounded approach. The live classes each day gives you the opportunity to receive real time feed back and corrections from her as well as get motivation from working out with your coach and other girls providing a sense of community from the comfort of home. If you can’t make the live classes they are all posted on-demand to be done on your own time and you can stay up on your fitness goals. I have never felt stronger and more in shape and using this app has given me a whole new sense of confidence in myself and my strength. I have been and will continue to recommend this app to everyone. You cannot go wrong with working out with Lindsey and using Uplift!!

I’ve been following Lindsey’s workouts for a few years now and I continue to happily pay my monthly subscription to her app. Lindsey offers a unique program in that she fully does the workout alongside you, whether you attend the live session or watch the recording on-demand. I believe this has helped me significantly as someone who has struggled for a lifetime with consistency and gets bored very easily. Lindsey’s workouts are varied, she uses great playlists, always explains how to ensure you have proper form, offers adjustments, and is overall genuinely enjoyable to workout alongside with. I love seeing the weekly schedule and the additions she has recently made to the app to include meditation, pilates, and recipes to really bring your health journey full circle. If you’re doing these workouts consistently and implementing a healthy diet - your life will absolutely change and for that, this app is priceless.
