When it takes 3 months to find an open appointment, can they really claim it’s unlimited cleanings? With my math that means 4 cleanings a year. One of their sales pitches is that you won’t be bothered by sales pitches for dental treatments because they only do cleanings, but then they harass you weekly for alternative cavity treatments at the cost of $1,000s of dollars. Somewhat satisfied with the service, but it’s really not unlimited cleanings as advertised.

App is simple but gets the job done. the service is always friendly and thorough. Been a member 6 months and very happy with my ability to make appointments or cancel. I love being able to get my teeth cleaned in the same manner/frequency I get my nails done or hair cut. The waitlist feature is the best to get offers for sooner appointments and full their last minute availability. cleanings and replies from customer service via text. Like all appointments in NYC you may have to book somewhat in advance but that’s to be expected.

They advertise unlimited cleanings. Before I signed up, late November’25, I checked and was able to get an appointment in a week. Great!When I went, I asked my technician when I should come back. He says your teeth are healthy, but come as often as you want, come next week!But after your first appointment,it’s impossible to get another appointment less than 3 months out, so that gives you a maximum of 4 cleanings a year. Still a good deal but far from what’s advertised. Also, it’s been 7 weeks and I don’t have the whitening trays yet which they promise. The service itself is kind of like being in a high turnover nail salon.

Don’t think this app or their website lets you schedule, reschedule, manage billing, cancel membership or anything like that. One day they text me “we opened a new office. Would you like an earlier appointment on Wednesday or Thursday ?” I text yes and suddenly they schedule me for Wednesday at 3:30 in the middle of the workday and I lose my old appointment that was about to come up. Now I have to wait another 4+ months for a new appointment because I’m in the back of the queue. $250 for 2 cleanings a year at the very most
