I am a coffee drinker and have been to many leading brand chains for coffee. Brevity coffee is perfectly splendid. I love Carmel coffee and they make it the best. Thank you for your coffee y’all! I’ll be there soon. ❤️🤘

Best coffee in town but disappointed in the user friendliness of their app and the difficulties with using it at times. For a while there used to be an option where we could choose to pay to have our ice drinks with “light ice but filled” and that option was taken away. Now when you ask an employee at the window if makes you feel bad. I mean they’re affordable but it’s still over $5 for a drink. I’d like to have the option to pay to get my drink how I want or to add notes to my order or something. Asking an employee at the window after the drink has been made for a specific change that not available in the app is super inconvenient for both parties.

I am an enjoyer of your coffee but I'm slightly dissapointed on your use of ai on the app... If you have seen the current consensus, the use of generative ai is viewed as a negative and consumers tend to avoid companies that use it. It doesn't give confidence in your products if most of the drinks are ai generated and not actual photos. Please consider changing the images to actual photos even if they are unpolished I would prefer amateur photographs by an actual person than a fake "image".

I’ve been going for years, as far back as the punch card days! Then they switched over to the phone number system, no biggie, started to collect rewards on my phone number woohoo! Then brevity creates an app, awesome! However, I try signing in for the first time, “duplicate phone number”, okay, maybe it already knows me, so I try signing in with my email and selecting forgot password, “an account with this email doesn’t exist” okay, so I can’t create an account because it says my phone number is already in use nor can I sign in with my email because my account technically doesn’t exist, bummer :(Hello, Black Rock 🤘🏼
