Works good, pretty modern, intuitive. Understandably things may be broken as this is in early access mode and new features coming in. Not able to set my own UPI address though. I had an existing one, but this app created a new one and I’m not able to select or change.Font size can be increased just a tiny bit more - not too much that it looks ancient.

We know that this is India and we can not expect things to be easy. But why roll out an app which is unable to even parse the mobile number it’s trying to register ! Seriously what is they point of locking me me our of the old app which was bad enough but at least worked, and now I cannot use either …I know that HDFC is a mediocre excuse for a company, but did not expect this even from them. Since they messed up my credit card application I have been seriously considering leaving this rubbish bank, now I am determined to migrate to another one asap .Even with an imperia account, there is absolutely no service or support of any kind. This is the end of the road for my journey with is slovenly enterprise

You are screwing up with customer life

I am currently traveling abroad and was forced to download the new version of your app. Unfortunately, it is not verifying my SIM with my India eSIM, which has left me unable to access critical banking services.This is not just a convenience issue — banking is an essential service, especially while traveling. Unlike a game or entertainment app, this cannot be postponed or ignored. If the app cannot handle real-world scenarios like international travel or eSIM usage, it undermines trust and reliability.I strongly urge you to make the app more robust and ensure that all scenarios — including overseas usage and eSIM verification — are properly supported. Banking customers need seamless and dependable access anytime, anywhere.

Okay, To be honest, I lost all hopes from HDFC long time back that they will ever release a good banking app or website.And You folks proved me wrong. The new HDFC app is simply amazing. The UX transitions are smooth and the app flow is very intuitive.I have used almost all the top bank apps in India but none of them is as good as HDFCFew things I likes1. Well thought app flows - This is hardest to get right, but you folks nailed it. Most of other Indian bank apps are too confusing to use.2. Good UI and UX: Good work on the UI, UX, IxD, MxD, VxD. There is still some scope of improvement but still it’s good3. Good work on the back end side too. The API call time seems minimal
