I’m not one to leave reviews, but this has been nothing short of a nightmare. Getting my first two diffusers to connect was less than magical. Certainly not easy, and I’m tech savvy. Now, I’ve been trying to get my third diffuser connected for 2 days. It won’t connect no matter how many times I try and troubleshooting ideas thrown my way. One of which was uninstalling app and reinstalling. Guess what… that locked me out of my account and even if I do a password reset the reset password is not accepted. I’ve been so tempted to send all three diffusers back!Update! I’m thankful to finally report that everything is finally working as advertised. We only wish the “rest” routines allowed us to run the machine for longer than 7 hours and 59 minutes. If using this for children— they need more than 8 hours of sleep and the turning off earlier than that can wake them. Suggested sleep times from the medical community: 6-13 year olds need 9-12 hours and 14-17 year olds need 8-10 hours. Please look into updating the app to allow longer sleep periods!

With AromaConnect being a brand new app, it is bound to have bugs and glitches. Every app does! But the fact that I can control my Young Living diffusers from anywhere, and create routines for going to bed and waking up in the morning with the Young Living oils I love so much, it just makes me appreciate this app even more! I am here for it, no matter what glitches that may occur!! Especially since Young Living is very quick to listen to their members about what the issues are, and work efficiently to create and implement solutions! I give this app a 5 star because it allows me to do something very few, if any, diffusers can and it is backed by a company that cares about their product & customers!

When I first connected all worked great. About a week later I couldn’t use the app to turn on the Luna Mists. I even had to unplug them to reset to turn on manually. Just now I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it to finally get them to work again. I love being able to use the app to control them but it is frustrating when it doesn’t work correctly.

Love the diffuser and the app, but the sound only having an option for 7hrs and 59 minutes is frustrating. I enjoy turning this on an hour before I go to bed and settling down with the diffuser. I have to change my wakeup time to way earlier so that the sounds come back on, but it wakes me up every time. And the light with the time comes on soo bright. It’s super frustrating. I’m saddened that in 6 months, there’s been no progress in improving these things. Also, the lights for the diffuser and sound on top do not turn off. I have to put oil bottles on top so they don’t disrupt my sleep.
