For reference this all happened between 3 am and 5:15 am. Found this service through a google search. Went through the process in the browser and it claimed an ETA of about 45 minutes to bring me fuel because i ran out. My insurance's roadside assistance said it'd be about 4 hours before they could get someone to me. No brainer. Transaction was processed and brought me to a tracker. Now there was no ETA because they needed to find someone. Not a problem. I went ahead and downloaded this app for easy tracking. 30 minutes later they find someone. About 10 minutes after that they canceled and now a new person had to be found. Fortunately about 30 after getting canceled by the "provider" a friend of mine happened to have woken up. They told me they'd come help me out instead. So I cancelled the services completely through the app. Went through a confirmation and all that. At the same time my friend shows up i get a notification that this company found someone else and it would be 90 minutes or more until they could reach me. I had already cancelled 30 minutes prior through the app. I then followed the link in the message and cancel a second time which was followed up with a text message saying i cancelled the services. I'm probably still out $199 but we'll see.

This app requires that you frequently reset your password and doesn’t update your membership automatically. It is helpful to use when it works, otherwise a waste of time. AAA get some real people back in the mix and get us out of the AI endless loop. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with your service.

I ran out of gas on the road and used this to help. they were professional and communicative, sending someone out to help. The person helping me kept in touch and made sure that I was getting what I needed Definitely will use again if I find myself stranded on the road!

Great app. Immediately the app detects your location so you can be serviced faster. I was locked out of my car. Service went smooth and fast. I recommend using this app. Thanks to the developer and to the assistant who helped me.
