I've been using eNavvi regularly in my practice, and it's honestly been very convenient. Quick medication searches and immediate price comparisons make a noticeable difference, especially when helping patients find affordable meds. The interface is straightforward. Definitely recommend trying it out, especially if your EMR's prescribing system is clunky or lacks price transparency.
Great concept; inconsistent product and poor support

We have been using eNavvi for about a year now. We have had plenty of complaints from patients that their pharmacy has not received their prescription. These are big box pharmacies like Walgreen and CVS. Pro: - decent interface - works well when it does work- let you see the cost of drugs (though most patients select pharmacy based on convenience over prices) Cons: - about 2/5 of the prescriptions do not get received by the pharmacy (based on patient complaints where they arrive at the pharmacy the 4 hours later only to have no prescriptions in the pharmacy records even though it shows on eNavvi that the prescription were submitted. - support is very poor. We reached out to them about the inconsistency of the prescriptions. A co-founder replied to look into this issue. It’s been a month and no reply yet. Hopefully, they are working to fix this issue. Overall: if they can be more consistent with their prescriptions, it would be much better even if it was CVS or Walgreens only
Better and better
Dr B123!
I’ve been using this app for over three years now. Thankfully overtime things have gotten better and better. I did have some initial bugs, but it seems like most things have been fixed, and the new compounding pharmacies have been a fantastic addition.
Very Easy Use
Doc.Path
Was able to get a few patients the medications they needed for Flu pretty quickly saving them a ED visit. It was pretty easy to use as well.
