I can see the app has great potential. When you go the wash they sign you up by your license plate. I don’t understand how you can give the app that information and it shows you have nomembership but try’s to get you to purchase a new membership. This lets me know their system has not direct communication to the stores databases of customers. It would be great if you could manage an existing membership on the app. It help me keep track of what they charge me monthly and when it comes out also it be nice option if you was to upgrade your package.

I put my information into the app, updated my billing payment information, and then went to go get watched. The car wash did not recognize anything and a manager at my local car wash said that the app does not work and simply teach your money. I had to pay a second time for a monthly subscription. Stay away from this app, and stay away from any payment information entered into it. Chances are you will never get your money back.

I set up my monthly subscription using the app and it does not connect to their main system, meaning you visit for a wash and the attendants see subscription canceled. I emailed customer service per the location I visit on Friday, 3/27 and still haven’t heard back. So in the eyes of the main website and my local car wash, I have no subscription. Yet they charged my card. Next up will be a dispute and chargeback with my credit card company and a complaint to the BBB.

I found the app and thought that it would be a great way to pay for my car washes and track how many times I washed my car. So, I got the app, set up my account and paid for ModMax (their top tier). Then they asked me to choose my location. I live in Akron Ohio. They told me that the only places that recognize the app are in Florida and New Jersey. So I’ve been fighting with them for every wash. I won’t be renewing.
