SIRI AND SHORTCUTS Say “Calculate a tip with Tip In” or “Scan a receipt with Tip In,” and Tip In opens ready to go. New Bill, Scan Bill, and Split Bill are in Spotlight and the Shortcuts app too, where Split Bill can take the amount and how many people are splitting it. WIDGETS Quick Actions puts New Bill and Scan Bill on your Home Screen. On the Lock Screen, add New Bill or Scan Bill as its own widget, or the round one set to whichever you choose. CONTROLS Put New Bill or Scan Bill in Control Center, in a Lock Screen corner, or on the Action button — one press and you’re on the check. ANY CURRENCY Traveling? Pick your currency in Settings, or leave it on Automatic to follow your iPhone’s region. Yen and other currencies without cents are typed in whole units. ITEMIZE RECEIPT Comps, coupons, and happy hour discounts now come through as their own rows that take money off, so your items add up to the subtotal on the receipt. Prices printed on the line below a long item name are read too. If a scan ever reads a discount as a charge, tap the tag on that row to flip it, or add one the scan missed with Add Discount. STRAIGHTER SCANS A receipt photographed at a slight angle, or one that curls, no longer pairs prices with the wrong lines, whether you're itemizing or scanning for the total. BY ITEMS Discounts split like everything else. Give one to whoever had the drink it took money off, and their share drops with it. SYNCED WITH ICLOUD Your bill history now follows you. Bills, notes, and receipt photos sync privately across every device signed in to your Apple Account, through your own iCloud. INSIGHTS See your average tip, what you spend each month, and the places you visit most. Tap a favorite spot to see every bill you've saved there. SEARCH AND FILTER Find any past bill by place, date, or note. Sort the list your way, and narrow it to this month, the last three months, or this year. TEXT THE TABLE Equal splits can now be shared too. Send the table a short message with each person's share, tip included, right from the PER PERSON card or any saved bill. SMOOTHER ALL AROUND Saved bills, amount fields, and guest rows now work properly with VoiceOver, Voice Control, and a keyboard, and notes save the moment you tap Done. Tip In has never looked this good! Every control is now Liquid Glass, floating over a living dollar-green backdrop that drifts while you work — the biggest redesign since Tip In launched. Small fixes to keep everything running smoothly

Everyone pays for what they actually ordered. Itemize Receipt turns your bill photo into the list of dishes, right there to review. Tap each one to whoever had it and the split follows the order — tax and tip too, or split those evenly if you'd rather. BIRTHDAY? COVERED Mark the birthday guest and the rest of the table quietly absorbs their share. Their total reads $0 — and the app explains why. TEXT THE TABLE Every guest's total in a ready-to-send message. Share it right from the split, or later from History. No ads, no pop-ups, no clutter — as always.

Scanning is now a single photo. Point, shoot, and Tip In reads the whole bill at once — no more holding the camera steady waiting for it to catch up. TIP PRE-TAX Tip In finds the pre-tax subtotal too, and labels both amounts on the confirmation screen. Tip on whichever you prefer. RECEIPTS SAVE THEMSELVES The photo you take while scanning becomes your receipt photo automatically — no separate step, and a better image, cropped to the receipt and straightened for you. • Scan any bill with your camera — Tip In reads the total instantly and lets you attach a receipt photo saved right in your history. • Split unevenly by percentage or dollar amount and Tip In distributes the tip proportionally so every guest pays exactly their fair share. • Plus, choose between a slider or preset tip buttons in Settings.

This update features: • Auto-formatting numpad — type any digits and the decimal point formats automatically. A new double-zero key makes entering round dollar amounts faster. • Bill history — save any completed bill with a single tap and revisit it anytime from the history screen. • Location capture — when saving a bill, Tip In automatically captures where you are so every history entry shows where you dined. • Multi-format export — select one or more bills from your history and export as plain Text, CSV spreadsheet, or PDF. • Clear button — reset the calculator back to its default state in one tap from the bill menu. • Swipe to delete — remove individual bills from history with a swipe, or use Edit mode for bulk deletion. • In-app tips — first-time hints on both menu buttons so new users know what's available at a glance.
