The app has worked perfectly for me. My only issue is that the customization options on the breakfast burritos does not have the ability to add potatoes. I will be happy to update to 5 stars.

The store (82nd and Milwaukee) could not find my order and almost made me pay for it again because it never entered their system. The first kid shrugged and said “yeah I don’t really know where it’s at” They then they told me to request a refund through the app which I had to show him there is not an option for. He finally made the food with out charging me and acted like he was doing me a favor and not just giving me the food I already paid for. The people who work there don’t know what the app is or how to use it or how it’s supposed to send them orders. It does not seem like it is integrated into the store.

I placed an order through the app and selected takeout. When I arrived at the drive-through to pick it up, I was told I had to come inside instead. This was confusing because the app doesn’t clarify that takeout means only inside pickup — drive-through or curbside aren’t even listed as options.Also, the app estimates a 15-minute wait time, but in reality, the order is rarely ready on time. Considering the food is already cooked and just needs to be assembled, it shouldn’t take that long. The process could be much more efficient and clearly communicated.

I tried to order on their website and it wouldn’t work so I saw they had an app so I downloaded it. When I try to order a combo it will not add the combo to my basket because it says I haven’t selected a drink when I have definitely selected a drink. Very buggy, and after seeing the other few reviews maybe it’s for the best as my local store might not have even gotten the order and it would be their choice on if they would make it for me or not. They really should have tested this better before just rolling it out!
