I loved using the website, yes it would lag sometimes, but it always worked for me. Once I saw there was an app, I was excited and hoped there would no longer be a lag. Since getting the app, every can of formula I scan, it says “Thanks for scanning! Your points are on the way!” And I’ll wait the 48 hours it says to wait and nothing. No points are shown as collected and no rewards are given. I’ve got the lids of a couple of containers of formula just sitting on my kitchen counter waiting to be scanned because I haven’t been able to collect the points. I hope this gets resolved soon!

The app itself is an improvement. But I am disappointed that they now have a “LIMIT OF SCANS PER MONTH”??? At first it told me I reached the max of 5 per 24 hours & all of the sudden it’s per month? I buy ready made formula by the case & as a busy mom I just want to scan them all at once & rack up my savings. Now my savings are limited? It’s just frustrating.

I love any app where I can earn points and win coupons because these days everything is so expensive. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that we are only allowed to get five scans per month. Those scans are only worth one point. I could understand if the scans were worth five points each, but for them to only be worth one point it makes no sense for us to only be allowed five scans. That is not at all in favor of us Mom’s and that is why you get a one star rating. Do better Similac.

As someone who recently needed to switch from using Enfamil to Similac and was initially disappointed in how cumbersome Similac’s rewards process/website was in comparison, this app is a major improvement and will make parents’ lives easier! Great work and thank you, Similac!!
