I was having some issues scanning and sent an email to support. I expected the kind of generic response we so often get these days, but instead I received a personal, detailed explanation of what might be going on and what to try.Turns out it was user error (which did not surprise me 😂). My subscription was connected to my email, but I had logged into the app through Apple. Thankfully, it was an easy fix!I really appreciated getting a thoughtful, personal response instead of a list of generic troubleshooting steps that usually don’t help. It’s so nice to know there’s an actual person on the other end who takes the time to understand the problem and help solve it!

This tool helps me with my ability to quickly identify items that might sell on eBay for a certain price. It quickly weeds out items I don’t need to look at. It has a great feature I haven’t used yet that allows me to list straight to EBay. Was it worth the money….definitely. It has cut my searching time in half. Still spending hours searching, but at least it’s not weeks. Is it perfect? No, but they are doing regular updates to improve the app. Also quick to respond to issues. 💕💕💕

I’ve been using this app for a while and very often and it’s honestly amazing! It’s well worth paying for as well. I use this every time I go thrifting to find check on thing I and most people would probably over look and it’s so helpful! I ran into my first and only problem today and submitted my problem and had a very prompt response by an actual person telling me they would work on fixing the issue asap which is awesome considering how much I use this
Great Concept, But Scan History Disappears

I really wanted to love this app, and initially I did. But after paying for the monthly subscription, I was very disappointed to discover that my scan history still disappears.I use Flippr while thrifting to research items before buying them, with the expectation that I can go back through those scans at home when I’m ready to list. Instead, older scans disappear and I have to research the same items all over again.For a paid subscription, accessible scan history seems like it should be a basic feature. Without it, the app creates extra work instead of saving me time. Great concept, but this makes it much less useful for resellers.
