NKO Club has completely exceeded my expectations. For a start-up app, the quality, intention, and variety packed into this platform is incredibly impressive. You can feel how much care has gone into every detail — from the workouts to the mental wellness tools and overall user experience.One of my favorite features is the way the music is integrated. Because everything runs through a streaming platform, there’s so much flexibility — you can easily skip a song if it’s not your vibe in that moment, which makes the experience feel more personalized. Unlike live-filmed classes where you’re locked into one soundtrack, NKO Club lets you truly make each workout your own, and I love that freedom.The fitness programming is challenging yet accessible, and what really sets this app apart is how seamlessly it blends mental and physical wellness. The breathwork, journaling, and mindfulness offerings make this feel like so much more than just a workout app — it’s a complete wellness space.I love everything NKO Club stands for and am genuinely excited to be a founding member. It feels empowering to invest in a platform that supports both mental and physical health, and I can’t wait to continue strengthening both with NKO Club. Five stars all the way.

I wanted to share some honest feedback as someone who followed Kendall specifically because of her music-driven coaching style.What originally made Kendall stand out was the playlists and the way classes were taught to the beat. That rhythm and musicality were a huge part of the motivation and energy. With NKO Club not having integrated music, it feels like a core part of that experience is missing. Having to find our own playlists changes the flow of the workout, and it also noticeably shifts the coaching energy, it’s harder to build momentum when the class isn’t driven by the music.Because of that, the experience feels very different from what Kendall is known for, and less exciting overall.I also want to be honest about pricing. At a similar price point to the Peloton app, the value comparison feels off. Peloton offers a much larger library, multiple instructors, licensed music, and higher production value. With NKO Club being one instructor, limited content, and no integrated music, the current pricing feels high for what’s included.I truly believe in Kendall’s coaching and programming, but for this platform to feel worth the cost, it would either need integrated music / beat-driven classes or a pricing model that better reflects the scope of the offering.I’m sharing this because I want the app to succeed and feel aligned with what originally made Kendall’s classes so special.Thank you for taking the time to read this.Best,

NKO Club is so much more than just a fitness app, and Kendall is the real deal! Of course there are the cycling, boxing, and resistance training classes that are amazing for all ages and fitness levels, and Kendall pushes you beyond what you think you’re capable of(but in a fun and motivating way), but there are also mobility classes, breath work, a gratitude journal, and nutrition/recipes. For those who are used to taking Kendall’s Peloton classes, these are a little tougher, a little grittier, but with so much motivation and, of course, her Never Knocked Out mindset. I highly recommend her for all fitness levels and all ages!

Kendall is back and better then EVER! This app is so flawless and seamless! I’m so impressed with it already and it’s only been available to me for less then a week! I’ve switched from the peloton platform to hers based on the emphasis in mental health. I also really love the stations she’s created for music! I get to choose the music for my mood during my workouts! Kendall always says exactly what I need to hear at the right time during my workouts to keep me pushing and motivated! I’ve come so far in my fitness journey mind, body, and soul and she’s been a pivotal role in my journey! Would reccomend this app and workout platform to anyone!
