Ever since the update it’s saying “session timed out. Can’t initiate the reader. Contact the administrators or try again”. I got an audit deadline in 3hrs! I need this app to get fixed. I never had a problem before.

It doesn’t work

It won’t let me start it after I import it it won’t let me press any buttons and it’s mostly just a black screen and then if it finally loads the lines it just won’t let me do anything
