I’ve been trying to use the Prudential app for the past few weeks, but it hasn’t been functioning at all. I’ve tried reinstalling and updating the app, but nothing helps. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially when I rely on it for timely account access. Hoping Prudential addresses these issues soon.

App does not recognize login credentials most of the time. On the odd occasion it does login, the app freezes on half the pages requiring a restart with no guarantee of being able to get back in. Sadly, the website isn’t much better

The Prudential MyBenefits App has a great user experience! It’s very easy to file a supplemental claim and provides a lot of transparency regarding payments.

I cant get this app to work

I have tried everything and I cant get the app to work. Unable to connect to authentication service. I checked and double checked my info is right and yes I can login on the web just not this app.
