I’ve been waiting for a real Venetian app for years and they finally pulled the trigger. It’s a beautiful app. It has everything I could ask for including the ability to manage my points and rewards, claim offers, find restaurants and more. Having a real turn by turn interactive map in the app makes navigating the resort easier. Using the app is easy and easy to navigate and find things. I’ve had a poor experience with other casino apps and so far haven’t had similar issues here. I’ve experienced a few minor bugs but that is expected in a new app and I’m sure they will get those fixed. It hasn’t affected me in any way that makes it so I can’t use that app so that’s good. Thanks Venetian for listening!

No room reservations in app?

I’m disappointed that the app does not automatically show my room reservations when logged in. I still have to input the conf. number and other details. If I’m logged into my account, shouldn’t I be able to automatically see my room reservations without added steps? Big flaw with this design.
