24-hour cancellation policy is shown and confirmed when you book. Manage My Booking opens your booking right after you book, so you can edit or cancel it. Sign-in accepts your existing password.

Event nights now live in the app. When a night at the club is coming up, you'll see it on your home screen: pick your sessions, set your night, and get a reminder right before each one starts. Turn on notifications when the app asks and your schedule comes to you. Prefer texts? Sign up on the web and we'll text you instead. Also in this update: session capacity shown live, and a smoother start for first-time guests.

The menu is there the moment you open the app. Booking, classes and experiences are one tap away whether or not you are signed in - you no longer have to log in to find your way around. Signing in is faster, and every Office Hours host now shows their photo.

The club in your pocket, rebuilt. A new look for the whole app - book studios, reserve classes, RSVP to experiences and check in with your membership card. New this release: check yourself into the building straight from your membership card - any day, not just club nights - and Platinum members can scan other members in. Office Hours now sit alongside classes: book 20 minutes with people who've done it. Plus club nights in the app, Jacob the club concierge, a redesigned home, faster booking, and a feedback button that goes straight to the team. This update signs you out once - sign back in and you're set.
