App sucks, just sits there and spins while trying to create new acct. great job

This app could be excellent- but it seems no effort is being made to improve it. Every time I open it, I have to close it again in order for it to allow me to login. Then. When it slowly lets me login, every time it tells me that I haven’t fully setup the app to login me in with Face ID. Which I do every time!! Seem to be pretty easy fixes. Try harder spark light!! Or cable one? Whoever you are?

Couldn’t activate new service app would just constantly remain in a hung up state - fortunately had to transition to my main Pc To activate my new cellular service - when it came down to the eSIM activation the app was still unresponsive and difficult to work with - moving forwards the app continues to completely log me out then I keep getting a message to setup the app or one more step - biometrics to be set up even after repeatedly setting up - opening the app after login requires a constant refresh it will keep spinning and spinning but not loading any usage information - Sparklight Needs to Look into a better Application For their Service - this app feels like some Half baked App that wasn’t ready to be launched - some kind of rushed bs and it’s not even fully functional - professional service calls for fully developed and operational applications - if this app had an option for no stars you wouldn’t have to ask me twice about that decision- too many bugs too many issues and a real headache just to get anything accomplished- fix itService Was Horrible Through and through internet unresponsive slow and Data Was Always Over Countered my phone measures its data usage but compared to the Sparklight mobile app you will find usage significantly higher - calls Dropped Every time I turned around, Messages were not being received constant problems sending messages and to further the issues I got a real kick when I decided to return to my previous carrier as their system identified the network provider my phone number was registered to during the port process as Cingular Wireless - Under Sparklight mobile so Reality No wonder my service sucked with Sparklight mobile - The only thing AT&T Did Was Allow Sparklight to utilize an outdated network that’s defective - Aka Cingular Wireless - furthermore my experience with customer support was terrible - the agent acted as if she didn’t know what I was even talking about when i told her the reason for calling was to gather information to port my number out - she tried to convince me to just get a new number from my new provider which I refused because this has been my number for a few years now, I Had to Tell her exactly what I needed because she didn’t know what I needed from the account to port my number out from Sparklight mobile - she gave me 2 account numbers and amazingly found the pin to port out - 12 months free was a nice gesture but when service is nothing but issues well that’s a deal breaker.
