NWS Mobile is a mobile companion to New World Scheduler, which allows appointed brothers to schedule and organize many aspects of the congregation, including scheduling Christian Life & Ministry meeting parts, Public Talk assignments, & Duties. It also contains Territory Management, send & receive selected data to NW Publisher and more!
CONGREGATION
- View Congregation Overview, Congregation Information, Congregation Events, Congregation Field Service Reports, Publisher Reports.
PERSONS
- View Persons Information, Away Periods, Spiritual Information, Privileges, Assignments, Publisher Reports, Emergency Contacts.
SCHEDULE
- Christian Life & Ministry Meeting, including Main & Auxiliary classes, and Local Needs.
- Local and Away Public Talks, including visiting speakers and hospitality.
- Assignments, including chairman, reading, hospitality and prayers.
- Duties, including attendants, security, sound, video, microphones, platform, and even custom duties.
TERRITORIES
- Territory Information, Territory Addresses, Assign Territories, Territory Campaigns.
NW PUBLISHER APP
- Share selected data with publishers using NW Publisher app.
- Receive data from publishers using NW Publisher app, including Publisher Reports, Away Periods.
I’m so glad there’s finally a functioning app to use on mobile devices especially for Apple. The one thing that I am waiting for this app to improve on is to enhance and add the full functionality that reciprocates from when you use it on desktop. There are still some things that are not accessible to use on NWS Mobile, such as the field ministry scheduling/public witnessing. And even the full accessibility for territories. There’s still some things that still need to be added and adjusted, but I’m sure this will slowly get added and improved on in the coming weeks!
Overall Good, but Buggy, Just Fair Support

This is a decent program. Puts everything in one place. However, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT you keep an offsite backup. This is not a rock solid program. Continual updates, which should be expected for security, etc, are often buggy. May take a week before these are resolved. Support is basically you taking a screen shot of every page as you work through something and explaining each in detail, sending those to tech support, while awaiting a solution. They do get worked out, but… Seems best to just wait a week as it does gets worked out. We’ve been using this program for years, and will continue. Just don’t expect perfection. It is a work in continual progress and much appreciated. The rating is not on the workers who put tireless effort into this program, but on the programs overall performance (buggy, intuitiveness, support, frustrations). We just need to be patient (and appreciative) through this process. One thing that was noticed previously, and may have been rectified, were some negative remarks about similar programs. (Ga. 6:10) The friends seem to enjoy having the app on their phone. However, this has its own inherent problems from time to time. Overall, the developers have done a great job.

Firstly, I would like to emphasize that as brothers, we should refrain from making any negative comments regarding this application. We should express our gratitude for the time and effort invested by these brothers in enhancing the efficiency and ease of managing our congregation.Regarding the application, as clearly stated on the NWS website that it is currently in BETA. Therefore, we should not anticipate its functionality without any bugs.Despite this, I genuinely appreciate this application and am thoroughly enjoying its use. I am confident that it will continue to improve in the future.

I am really thrilled the mobile version has finally been released. I know the new mobile version is still in its early stages and many bugs need to be worked out, but like any beta versions, this mobile version will only get better in time. Thank you for taking the time to make this software available to us. Keep up the awesome work. Already enjoy being able to use it on my MacBook Pro and Apple tablet.
