Vendor subscriptions are auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Vendors can now choose how they pay: use Row & Wagon payments (per-sale) or a flat monthly/6-month subscription if they already take cash, Square, or card. Added a vendor-type picker (Arabber, Food Truck, Ice Cream Truck) during sign-up, plus bug fixes and polish.
