TouchBase - Check In Tracker
Never lose touch
$0.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Never lose touch with the people who matter. Track your check-ins with a tap and stay on top of every relationship - direct reports, stakeholders, and collaborators.
TouchBase helps you maintain meaningful professional relationships by tracking when you last connected with the people who matter most.
SIMPLE, VISUAL TRACKING
See all your contacts at a glance with an intuitive grid layout. Each person has a color-coded progress bar that shows green when you're on track, shifts to orange as a check-in approaches, and turns red when you're overdue. One tap logs your check-in and resets the timer.
ORGANIZE YOUR NETWORK
Group contacts into three categories:
- Directs — your team members
- Stakeholders — key decision-makers
- Collaborators — cross-functional partners
Set a custom cadence for each person (weekly, biweekly, monthly—whatever works) and TouchBase does the rest.
CHECK-IN HISTORY
Tap any contact's photo to see a complete log of every time you've connected. No more guessing when your last 1:1 happened.
STAY ON TOP OF THINGS
Enable optional notifications to get a gentle nudge when someone becomes overdue. Choose your preferred time of day and frequency.
HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Add the TouchBase widget to see your top 3 most overdue contacts without opening the app. Tap to jump straight to their category.
SYNCED ACROSS DEVICES
Your data backs up automatically to iCloud, so switching phones is seamless.
BUILT FOR BUSY PROFESSIONALS
TouchBase is intentionally minimal. No social features, no clutter—just a clean way to make sure you're showing up for the people who depend on you.
Download TouchBase and never let an important relationship slip through the cracks.
