iPad Journal Fixes Rotating your iPad no longer causes the editor to flash blank or lose unsaved text and ink. Entries stay open and stable when you switch between portrait and landscape. We also fixed dark mode ink so your handwritten strokes no longer turn black after relaunching, and removed a height limit on the canvas so longer entries scroll smoothly. Gentle Prayer Reminders You can now opt in to a gentle prayer reminder. A one-time banner lets you choose whether to turn it on. If enabled, you'll get a single quiet nudge only after 5 days without opening the app. If you decline, nothing is scheduled.

This update brings a completely refreshed journaling and prayer experience, especially on iPad — with a more beautiful, focused layout designed for deeper reflection. Prayer Life and Streaks have been overhauled to be more accurate and meaningful, along with more personal streak milestone messages to keep you encouraged. We also squashed some iCloud sync bugs.

A significant update focused on the prayer experience, how it looks, how it feels, and how it flows. The prayer detail screen has been redesigned from the ground up. The new layout centers on a single glowing orb that begins and completes your prayer, replacing the previous button. Typography has been refined throughout to feel more intentional and personal. Praying for someone now follows a two-tap flow. The first tap starts a prayer timer. The second tap marks the prayer complete and transitions the screen in place. Adding a new prayer now opens as a focused sheet with a single question: who are you praying for? Additional fields appear only after you answer it. Streak encouragement cards now appear when you check your streak, pulling a relevant scripture and message based on where you are in your journey. Tapping the verse reference opens it directly in the Bible viewer.

Answered Prayers When you complete a prayer, you'll be asked how it was answered. Add a note right then or come back later to reflect. Browse all your answered prayers in one place. Yearly Reminders Set annual reminders for birthday prayers, anniversaries, and special occasions. Swipe to Manage Swipe any prayer to quickly move it to Past Prayers or delete it.
